No — After Equity is designed for companies after a raise that want ongoing shareholder engagement + compliance support in one program. If you raised with OnMarket, it can be faster to onboard because we can leverage existing raise materials; if you raised elsewhere, we simply start by gathering your historical raise docs and doing a kick-off “Pulse Check” to confirm priorities and plan.

You can start immediately with a kick-off and Pulse Check, then we move into hub setup and shareholder comms early in the engagement. The first phase includes setting up your Investor Hub (login + orientation), establishing the update cadence/help desk support, and reviewing compliance status.​​

We do. The After Equity team plans and drafts shareholder communications and campaign creative (emails, social, scripts), then you approve and provide key business inputs (e.g., milestones/financial info) so updates remain accurate and on-brand.
